Marijuana also known as cannabis is a commonly abused drug in the world. The Colorado government has legalised it use.Adults who are 21 years old can get this psychoactive drug just by showing age proof ( driving licence)

The nationals could get 28gm of this drug whereas a tourist initially was permitted for just 8gm ,now they are also eligible for getting 28gm of the cannabis.

Use of this drug in the work place or coming to work after consuming the drug lead to many conflicts between an employee and the Human Resource.

The employer still does the right to do drug testing on its employees.

The employer doesn't allow the use of this drug because it's effect stays in the body for days to week and may hamper the environment in the work place.

Employer does has the right to take action on the employee if using this drug

This leads to decreased production in work place

Quality can be low than the expectations

Patient care could be dangerous if the treating physician, nurse or medical person using it

It could endanger a patient life

Misbehaving with the colleagues can happen because it is a psychoactive drug
