- Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) : Due to
pandemic and disruption in supply chain, company should be on high
alert regarding potential illegal activities, and unethical means
that may be followed by brokers, freight forwards etc. And all
these should not be entertained.
- Remote Work Arrangement : As companies have
moved mostly to remote working culture and work from home habit, so
company should consider potential export demands and deemed export
issue in the light of above changes.
- Local laws imposed by various countries should still be
followed including data privacy act, plus any guidelines given for
the employees in that particular country to save themselves from
COVID-19 should also be followed.
- Local company policies still applies and to modify any of the
