Corporation B is a publicly traded Fortune 500 company worth $50 billion. Corporation B has factories in the United States, in addition to Mexico and China. While Corporation B has a strong code of ethics, a recent internal audit found that Corporation B unjustly profited off labor in Mexico and China that was conducted under illegal conditions. This labor contributed substantially to the company’s 2012 profit of $6 billion, although the exact amount of profit it contributed is unknown. Corporation B also made part of its $6 billion profit from its factories in the United States, which met all state and federal labor standards. A government accountability office discovers the illegal labor conditions in China and Mexico. The result, is that Corporation B’s 2012 profit of $6 billion was made through just and unjust means. How should the government accountability office redress the injustice of profiting off labor performed under illegal conditions? Acts summing up to the unjust and illegal practices should not be performed. This is the situation which leads to corruption and uneven distribution of money circulation in the society.  

Components such as Fairness and Distributive justice should be followed .

The first principle is believed to be the liberty principle.

In this case, each and every individual must be treated equally. They have an equal right towards basic liberties. For eg: Having a propery of our own, is a basic liberty. But having right to unlimited property cannot be treated as something to be basic one. Such rights cannot be seperated from an individual. It is inseperable.

The second principle is the Equality .

Equality is based upon establishing a distributive justice .

Equal Fair of opportunity

In this case , positions and offices should be open to individuals irrespective of their social background , caste, sex, ethnicity , religion etc.

Distribution Justice deals with fairly allocation of services to the individuals. There should be no discrimination made , based on caste , class, religion ,sex, ethnicity , etc.

Individuals should be given equal work .

Equal pay should be provided , in regard to the workplace of individuals. Hence , equity should be maintained.

People should be provided , with equitable amount of goods and services , even in case of scarce situations. It must be equally distributed among the different populations of the socio economic groups .
