Well there are two types of quality dimensions for Wal-Mart.
1. Product quality dimensions
2. Service quality dimensions
But service quality dimensions are most crucial for Wal-Mart. To be fact service quality dimensions are very crucial for every retail stores. Service quality measures the success of a retail store and that is the success story of Wal-Mart. Well there are five service quality dimensions for Wal-Mart
1. Responsiveness
2. Reliability
3. Consistency
4. Conveniences
5. Aesthetics
1. Responsiveness: it always been a very important part of every retail stores. Wal-Mart customer service assistant takes there responsibility very seriously. They always provide a great customer service to their customer. Wal-Mart always takes customer feedback very seriously and they always try to make their customer happy.
2. Reliability: stores should be able to provide what they are promising to their customers. For example if they have grocery sale next week then they should be fully stocked so customer do not have to leave store empty handed.
3. Consistency: how long they can provide a great customer service. How long they can keep up with customers during the sale or without sale.
4. Convenience: A store should have enough trolley or trolley bag for shop and there should be another arrangement if there is long queue and self checkout option and many more.
5. Aesthetic: Aesthetic means physically features. Stores have signs for each and every department and lightning on the products for the customers and stores have enough space to carry their trolley.
