The Airspace of a nation is there’s so permission has to be taken from the host nation to use their airspace for international laws. Hence a international consensus has to be there which makes the laws enforces for all civil and military air space on the nations. Hence, all nations abide by this conduct and law to make the best for the aviation for its operations and flight cost. These laws are to be followed by individual or nation who is flying over the airspace and the breach of which may cause disaster for the people onboard.

The law for the international aviation has been enforced by the law which makes the same abiding for all who enters the air space for a different nation. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has made the laws that is abiding for all carrier or passenger aircrafts alongside military. If a flight goes out of its predestined path the national air space violation is been charged for such flights which is an active declaration of war and can attract unfriendly attacks. So for the best of life and liberty of the passengers and the international airspace laws are to be followed by all carriers entering a airspace which has been cleared for the flight at a pre destined time and airspace.

Hence, the laws keeps the aviation routes secure and ensures the best of flight path for all passenger and military aircrafts to follow a certain regulation for the flight. The laws make the nations participation have the international obligation fulfilled. The flight radio guides makes the plan of the flight before hand to give the flyers the right path to fly on to be at per with the IATA laws.
