I can not say that it is a conflict but it is a problem with conflict features.

The problem of personal relationship: my friends are upset with me because they want to spend more time together but I do not have time for them, so we become distant and this has started to worries me.

To analyze the problem, I have decided to use 5 Whys analysis.

The problem could be broken down in two classes of whys:

First – my friends upset with me

Second – why it worries me

First set of whys analysis:

Why the problem happens:

Why do I have not time for my friends (in comparison to the time I had before):

· I have more work load and have started to study in UoPeople

Why I have more work load and why have I started to study in UoPeople :

· I have more workload because I have got new job and need time to understand all in full.

· I have to study in UoPeople because I feel that I need knew knowledge

Why do I need time to understand new job in full, why do I need new knowledge, why did I change the job:

· I need to understand the situation because I do not have sector related knowledge.

· I do not have sector related knowledge because the current sector is new for me

· I changed the job because I was not satisfied with the sector where I was worked in

Why I was not satisfied with sector where I was worked in

· I was not satisfied with sector I was worked in because there was little development of myself and in sector itself

Why there was little development of myself and in the sector:

· It is not much development in the sector due to sector crysis

that is why I have changed the sector and has started to get new knowledge in UoPeople

Second set of whys analysis:

Why the problem worries me:

· I feel attached to the people

Why do I feel attached to the people

· I feel attached to the people because we grown up together and do have common memories and interests

Why do we have so much in common

· We have common interests because we were children and these are good memories

So now there are different interests, nothing in common with my current friends and I have to go further because I have to live in real world and due to change of scope on interests, I have to get different friends to have common ideas to share in my free time.

Sounds sad but effective to allocate the future conflict.

Yes. You can go further. That is correct. Go ahead. When you get the sufficient knowledge and satisfaction in what you are doing, you will become joyful and your friends also feel happy for you, both old and new friends. Now, you have to put efforts on your development, job and gaining knowledge. When you reach the peaks of your efforts, you become effortless. When you become effortless, you can handle your job, situations and time effortlessly. Then you will have more time and freedom to spend with your friends. And your friends will understand you now. You can anyway be in contact with them through voice calls, video calls, messages, friendship groups that you created whenever you have time and whenever you want to.

Go ahead with what you have decided. That's the informed decision you made and I'm sure you will not regret but you will feel happy that you made the right decision and took the correct step.
