Memories are ability to retrive , store the information in scentific manner . Traumatic memory generally diffrent from ordinary memory . It is very sensitive and People are not easily forget it .it can psychological or physical . For example , a young boy has gained a painful experiance in death of his father .Traumic memories can caused several problem like hyper-arousal , intrusive thought , and selerp disturbance and create problem on concentration.It is really difficult to repressed traumatic memory. For example , a child gained sextual abusive experiencd in early childhood . even she is now young , but still she can't repressed that terrific memory . She always time suffred with it . Traumatic memory is so violent and stressful in nature . Even sometimes it affect whole life of a person .But today several psychotherapy has invented through clinical psychologist which may be change or weaken or prevent the information of traumatic memories .psychotherapeutic treatment like exposure therapy which common mechanism to actively engaged in several activity and try to avoid thinking about them and even situation where things happen need to avoided.cognitive Behavioural therapy also can be effective method for repressed traumatic memory.it is totally goal oriented therapy which change pattern of thinking and behaviour of person. In certain cases , traumatic memory can repressed with the period of time and situation . But some extreme terrific traumatic memories is really difficult to repressed it. It can easily recovered whenever face similar situation . Several research and investigation is going on to find out accurate and potential treatment to repreesed traumatic memories like pharmological intervention.
