- They should keep emphasis on establishing effective organizational structure that will support new product development. NPD related works need more research and development, it should keep flatarchy organizational structure, that promotes innovation and build effective team work with expertise and specialization.
- Govt. has role in it, as, there are several influences like economy, legal regulations/compliances and political environment, all these affect organizational work and new product development. Hence, effective risk assessment and bringing supportive environment could help with such situation.
- Understanding direction of pursuing the project, engaging all the relevant stakeholders along with empowering people that will help to support new product development.
- From Govt. side, they should keep budget allocation that will encourage entrepreneurs to develop various new products.
All such scenario establishment could be used in the training, through building various sessions for engaging appropriate stakeholders; it should come with skill development training, class room learning, build research environment and practical sessions. Through which learners will be encouraged to participate in new product development initiative.
