The median is better measure her because the mean is manipulated due to the outliners or say extreme values this disadvantage of mean is compensate by the median so median is better here. So when data have some extreme values the Median is better measure than Mean.
Formulas used :-
Mean =AVERAGE(I203:I217)
Median =MEDIAN(I203:I217)
Q2 =QUARTILE(I203:I217,2)
Q3 =QUARTILE(I203:I217,3)
63rd Percentile =PERCENTILE(I203:I217,0.63)
29th Percentile =PERCENTILE(I203:I217,0.29)
