Once the Muscarinic receptor is activated, the stored calcium will be released and increasing the opening of calcium activated potassium channels. Functions via calcium and activates Protein kinase C

Acetylcholine in skeletal muscle will bind to the acetylcholine receptor, leading to the opening of sodium channels. Opening of chemically gated Na+ channels

Acetylcholine in pancreas will bind to the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M3 located at the surface of beta cells. Once the acetylcholine binds the heterotrimeric G protein will activates the phospholipase C. Functions via G protein and phospholipase C      

Acetylcholine in cardiac muscle will also bind to the muscarinic receptors but in this case the potassium channels will open. Functions via G protein, opens up K+ channels
