1)How the Negotiations were handled by the Bob white-Bob white was president of the Canadian UAW as we know its not an easy task to handle lobar negotiations.Bob white got together with his company advisers and formed many strategies to convey the message across all the labours and get the support of the labourers. He also underwent an exhausting marathon bargaining session with the company team which was very interesting.

2)Labor future at general motors-This was the main concern of the movie about the future of the labor in the company as contract negotiations between Canada UAW and between general motor and this negotiations resulted in the war between the Canadian labor and the Leader of company Bob white. Many issues with the labor as pension, health care costs etc are discussed and was very surprising what to happen next and what about the Labor in the company.

3)Final offer to Labourers-This was the best part in the movie and hardest negotiation in Canadian history to protect the welfare of labor and when the Bob white formed CAW Canadian Auto workers and splitting had done. The Split was the most important part for labor in Canadian history.
