As we know, employment laws are complicated in Germany.

Staffing policy can be like this

1. The working time can be 8 hours a day, which is the maximum as per the rule. Typical work weeks average between 35-40 hours. The minimum wage in Germany in 2018 is 8.84 euros an hour. The minimum wage is expected to increase to 9.19 euros an hour in 2019 and 9.35 euros an hour in 2020.

2. Clearly defined employment contracts should be made during the recruitment.

3. Conditions of termination should be clearly defined and communicated to the recruitees,

4. Punctuality is a crucial feature of the Germany society. Therefore, it has to be monitored strictly.

5. The selection process shall be rigerous. But, godo to avoid personal questions to the maximum. Major question can be reagariding the legitimate interest in the organization. Previous Job's desription shall be scrunized well. Only candidates wtith excellent / great feedback shall be selected to maintain the quality and decorum.

6. As part of Germany’s employment compliance, employees can join a union, work council, or collective labor agreement if they want to. Through these organizations, workers can discuss working decisions, times, and wages.

7 . Germany’s Civil Code, Industrial Code, and other collective agreements also regulate payment and wages. Employees and third parties must be paid through Germany’s File Transfer and Access Management (FTAM) protocol. An employer must approve a given payroll so that the bank can release payments to employees while the business withholds other contributions such as health insurance payments.

8. Whenever we onboard a new employee, make sure we have every piece of paperwork necessary to set up payroll and meet all Germany employment compliance policies.
