1 )My shop name is Red white& Bloom. Flowers are mostly used
as gifts to people; it creates a simple smile to anyone who
receives it. Flowers are needed to be taken care of in order to
blossom beautifully.
OurFlower Shop provides that kind of purposes like flower
arrangements for birthdays, debuts, and other occasions. Our shop
intends to provide quality service to customers. The flowers can
also be arranged according to the clients’ chosen design. We also
provide special discounts and offers to loyal customers and
more.
Our Flower shop aims to achieve its goals through creating a good
relationship between our clients and a good place for the
business.
2)value preposition: At flower shop our emphasis is on quality at a fair price. Our pricing is determined by the cost of production and customer demand. Also,Our product is far better than those of our competitors because we provide the best flowers we have. And what gives our product an edge among its competition is that it is prepared and arranged by one of the best florist present in the vicinity. Our florists have studied different styles and techniques on how to provide our customers satisfying outputs that meets the customers’ demands.
3) Revenue model: Our products are sold through our shop located
in Quezon City, as well as through online shopping. We also accept
calls for deliveries in any particular places around Metro Manila.
Through these methods we earn a lot of money and increase our
sales.
Visibility is also important because with that we can be exposed to
the people, we are also targeting television commercials to
advertise our shop.
4)Red White & Bloom plans occupying approximately 600 square feet. Approximately one-third of the space would be allocated for retail use, and the other two-thirds would be used for workspace and storage. At this time, there are no other planned florist.
5) Competitive environment: Blooms flower shop is forming its own market. While there are a few flower shop that do make sales and profits, ours is the only one that is truly arranged by best florist in the country. Our competitors’ arrangements are only limit and are not practical. We need the capital to protect our business through providing technology and creating more effective methods of marketing.
6)Free parking is available for the shoppers who visit the area; however, the majority of Red White & Bloom's revenue will come from routinely delivered floral arrangements outside of the area.
7) Market Strategy: Leverage Existing Flower Shop Customers,By Connecting on all possible social media platforms, and giving them a reason to follow and like us, Engaging them on a more personal level, by giving them discount etc.
8) Organizational development: The key to our marketing strategy is focusing on the specific occasion whether it is regular or special. We can cover about 70% of the flower shop market since we provide more product services and discount to the clients.Our goal is to gain enough visibility to expand our shop to other regions and generate inquiries from investors. We also plan to promote the shop through commercials in a form of testimonials.
9) Management Team: It is important for the company leader to have the ability to communicate well, motivate their team, handle and delegate responsibilities, listen to feedback, and have the flexibility to solve problems in an ever-changing workplace.
And yes our company do have a manager, she is the soul and the mind of the business. She is the main source of strength of each employee despite of being tired due to consecutive orders because it shows that she is worthy to be respected and helps in making the business grow bigger.
