Yes,I agree with Swedish analysts because globalization gives new growth new wings to tha IKEA. But there is some other studies that tells about IKEA's growth which came from the progressive mapping for the development time.

IKEA found in 1943. IKEA is known as the world’s largest furniture retailer, specializing in stylish and inexpensive designed furniture and furnishings. The management of the team is commendable. Ikea management team around the world is really good. IKEA had excellent supply chain management and latest IT infrastructure. Globalisation injected the sudden growth to the company on large basis. It provides the international market to the products which were very cheap in price comparitively others.

Ikea has a strategy and vision for company and its employees to help many people to have better life and people included employees, customers and community. And if IKEA supports the employees in their personal lives then the employees will become more committed in every performance of company.
