Expert Solution

The four important perspectives in the balance scorecard are the essential ways to secure the operations of any organisation is working both effectively and efficiently. The four perspectives are Customer, Financial, Internal Process and Learning Growth. All of these four perspectives if not regulated and implemented properly could cause major impact in the healthcare organisation and its actions which are as follows:

1. Cost: The most important impact that would take place in your healthcare organisation if all of the above mentioner perspective are not taken into consideration would be the Cost factor. By not effectively regulating how many patients are coming, how many are discharged, the bills, the resources needed to take care of them and other financial aspects of the organisation would make the firm become less efficient due to burden of funds and financial problems which can cause huge loss to the organisational working for the healthcare system.

2. Goodwill: Another impact for the healthcare would be the goodwill and the customer satisfaction. By not taking consideration about the customers of your organisation, the patients, their health and well being, their satisfaction level, their after sales services and regularly keeping up with them to have their feedback, your company can go into losing its brand name and goodwill as customers are the only ones you should serve. By not effectively managing them and their demands, a healthcare facility could lose its operational name and goodwill.

3. Confusion and Loss of effectivity: At last, by not taking consideration of the above mentioned factors, one can lead to lose the effectivity of the organisation as well. By not managing what your internal structure is about, your actions, operations, staff and the various elements and resources of your healthcare and inventory, how can you expect to reach out maximum profitability and effectivity. Thus, this could lead to loss of effectivity and sustainability.
