As per the govt.and the business in the world tell those with symptoms to self quarantine and everyone else to maintain social distancing, remote work is our new reality. So the question is the Manager, Leaders and the workers ho to do their shifts? The scale and the scope of what a company seeing with the quantity of employee and asking them to work from home very quickly is unprecedented. So organizations are not ready for this and they need to set up for this.

Company need to requisite technology or access the applications, Copany need to identify these persons those have laptop and make sure they have all the apps so that they can do the work from the home very easily. Direct managers have to very quickly ensure and monitoring that every employee has full access, So no one feels left behind.
