1) Helps in providing necessary resources:

This point states that managers play a vital role in achieving the results for organization and they also have the responsibility to take care of the team as well as the organization. They provide necessary resources to the team which will help them to achieve their targets and they always back their team whenever they need anything.

2) Provide the motivation to there employees:

This point states that managers have to take care of their employees and their work process as sometimes employees feel demotivated if they are not performing well. Managers are there to motivate the employees and show belief in them so that they can do wonders for their organization.

3) provide the necessary feedbacks:

This point states that managers need to provide necessary feedbacks to there employees in order to achieve there results as it providing feedback swell help employees to know their mistakes and know where they are lacking so that they can work on it and improve it to achieve their results.

3) Set clear goals:

This point states that if the goal is set by the manager then and every employee should fork in a way to achieve that goal. They should not prefer their individual goals over the organizational goals as if the organizational goals are achieved and automatically their personal goals will also be achieved.
