Health Information Technology encompasses the technical roles that process health data and records, such as classification, abstracting, and retrieval. There are many changes which are bound to arise in the healthcare scenario in US. The biggest challenge which is seen in front of the hospitals is combining inpatients and outpatients services into proper accessible records maintenance.
