What is claimed is:
1. A method for treating inflammatory diseases comprising administering to a subject in need of treatment an effective anti-inflammatory amount of a compound of formula I: ##STR3##
wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl and n is an integer of from 4 to 6, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said compound is 1-(aminomethyl)-cyclohexane acetic acid.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the inflammatory disease is arthritis.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the inflammatory disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the effective anti-inflammatory amount of a compound of formula I is administered in an oral dosage form.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the oral dosage form is a tablet, capsule or pill.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the oral dosage form comprises between 20 and 800 mg of 1-(aminomethyl)-cyclohexane acetic acid.
8. A method for treating inflammatory diseases comprising administering to a subject in need of treatment an effective anti-inflammatory amount of a compound of formula II: ##STR4##
wherein R.sub.1 is a straight or branched alkyl of from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, phenyl, or cycloalkyl of from 3 to 6 carbon atoms; R.sub.2 is hydrogen or methyl; and R.sub.3 is hydrogen, methyl, or carboxyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein said compound is (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the inflammatory disease is arthritis.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the inflammatory disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein the effective anti-inflammatory amount of a compound of formula II is administered in an oral dosage form.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the oral dosage form is a tablet, capsule or pill.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the oral dosage form comprises between 20 and 800 mg of (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid.
In this question Claim 1 and Claim 8 are independent claims because they are suggesting independent formula composition. Na claim 2-7 are dependent to claim 1 and similarly claim 9-14 is also citing the claim 8, therefore, these claims are dependent.

In this present invention or formulation or compound ( use any one word) disclose a method of treatment of inflammatory disease by STR 3. Here define R group can be substituted by hydrogen atom or alkyl group that ranges from butyl to hexyl.
Claim 8.
In this present invention or formulation or compound ( use any one word) disclose a method of treatment of inflammatory disease by STR 3. Here define R group can be substituted by branched alkyl chain that is made up of methyl to hexyl groups or pheny/cyclic hydrocarbons or cycloalkyl that ranges from propane to hexane. In this R 2 group will be substitute by methyl and R3 is substituted by either of methyl, carboxyl or pharmaceutical acceptable composition.
