The nation of the United Arab Emirates has a custom of gifting passengers with gifts. This has a deep root of the business embedded into the Arabian culture of gifting the guests who visit the home or business with some gifts by the hosts. The starting of the relations with the consumers, in this case, guests are started with this process. The guests find this to be a great incentive for the traveling that they do with regular airlines that don’t have such a customary. The difference in perceiving the product or the services, in this case, is taken in as one of the stakeholders in the list. The national businesses capture the hosts at the very beginning of the transaction and keep offering the same to the clients over some time to make the consumers stick with the brand. This is a subtle branding technique which the business of UAE has done well over a while to engage both old and new consumers with the business to give the travelers the best of experience. The long-term consumer to business relationships takes off very well for the businesses from UAE using this custom of the nation to develop the future relationships.
