This quote means that we have to listen twice as we speak because it can be beneficial for every individual, whether it personally or in the corporate world. This means for personally is that by looking other more deeply, we can talk to them about the issues and the problems we are having. While talking with someone personally, we can spend more time listening and less time speaking because of that people tend to gain more and help others with Learning and learning more friends. Other feel that you are more connected with them and helps to grow your friend circle even it becomes your mind.
This quote means in the corporate world is that we have to listen to our subordinates or superior so that there are fewer chances of chaos and trouble occurs. while we look more In the corporate world so that we can talk to others with more confidence. Chances of error decreases which are very beneficial in an organisation also it has to promote for promotion. It helps a person to achieve their aim in life very soon. If anyone found you responsible for any situation or you are accountable, then the person who listens more can tackle that situation very quickly by speaking less.
