You are the nurse manager of an ambulatory surgery unit. Recently, you have seen a sudden rise in the number of surgical patients coming through the unit. This issue will be definitely addressed during staff meeting. When a problem cannot be solved in day to day operations, a process team will be necessary. Process team will analyse the quality and safety provided in the hospital.
