Cultural Diversity is well represented form of population differnces in a particular community called cultural diversity. India and Australia are most big example of cultural diversity in different manner.In the case of India, peoples are from different religion and they speak different laguages. In case of Australia there is people from different part of the world. The data shows 1/4 th of the australian was born in oveseas besides about 46 percent of childs one parent is a foreigner. so that there is exist an astronamical cultural diversity. The cultural diversities include race, ethnicity, age, ability, language, nationality, socioeconomic status, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.The term "cultural diversity" mean the variety of human societies or cultures in a specific region, orin a global perspective.

Managing Cultural diversity that means, having different cultures in the workplace is more common in multinational companies.the main diversities are Race ,Religious, Age,Gender, Disability, Economic, Ethinicity and Regional. Race diversity means one who grouping based on physical traits Examples of races are Caucasian, African, Latino and Asian.Race diversity occuring completely a biological aspect. Religious diversity refers difference on the basis of spirituality.example: Muslim,Hindu,Christianity,and ethiest.Age diversity means working with people of different age group that is generations. For example, millennials, GenZers and GenXers. Gender Diversity ,cosiderd on the basis of male and female, there is exist diversity thats why raising the voice for gender balance or 50-50 oppertunity demanded by females.Disability Diversity means people seperated onthe basis of physical or phsycological aspect.for example Blind, Duff and Dump or confidents issue.

All these companies are connected world together under one platform.They expolored their operations,resources and innovations through the all variety of cutural diversities synchronise in a one particular company or point.

Normally, human resource provide special training to accept cultural diversities, they always promote the cultural mingling and if one who need to travel between differnt workplaces ,company should provide the orientation before that. they assure about the career expanition through the particular project. and provide the information regarding the foreign culture. they provide motivation and cropping strategies, more over arrange the basic facilities where the employee go.through these step they avoid the cultural shock and assure the benefit of cultural diversity.Besides these, Team work have he major role to increase the acceptance of cultural diversity.
