Answer :As we know Kohl was the fourth largest retail company in the business point of view but  Kohl is failing as a company because of the various reason which are discussed as follows :

• Shopping place is considered as a secondary choice for the consumer. As with changing trends of the consumers they switch over to online shopping and they only visit to showroom for checking the new trends as otherwise they want to save dollars in order to earn maximum return from portfolio.
• Kohl has been experienced has ugly reputation for bad website services and worse on line delivery process in a systematic and logical manner.
• Old name has been used and superior product quality has been not available to them in systematic manner.
• Finance problem has been faced by the kohl which resulted in bad product quality available with them in systematic manner.
• loyal customer has been switched off due to product does not match quality as well as not able to satisfied the customer.
• After sale service has been not to up to mark which create negative feeling in the eyes of customer.
