b). Consistency: Providing the consistent help, or other elements involved in a relationship is important to maintain a relationship successfully.
c). Confidentiality: All the healthcare professionals have to maintain the patient confidentiality, which includes their personal details, the tests ordered and the clinical condition. This information must not be discussed with the colleagues, friends, or the family members of the patient (without the patient’s consent). Confidentiality is a key element for maintaining a successful relationship.
d). Loyalty: The term “loyalty” refers to faithfulness to a cause or an institution. An employee’s loyalty towards an employer means the employee is appreciative of having a job opportunity to work in a particular setting and renders their best to support the company or an organization. The loyalty must be mutual between the employer and an employee.
