There is no straight Yes/No answer to this so I will try to explain why in a way that you understand.
To be able to affect interstate commerce then the sale of the wheat has to affect the local production of wheat or affects the ability of other states carrying out the trade with the country in question. If the wheat being produced constitutes a significant portion of total wheat produced and it affects the trade between one state to another then the congress will regulate it.

You will only affect interstate commerce through the sale of the wheat. If the wheat that is being produced is significant enough to affect the total production of wheat in the country and the amount that is being imported or being exported, then the state will have to regulate it. However, if the wheat is not significant and it is used for personal consumption, then there is no commerce and for that reason, the congress cannot be able to regulate it. Because remember that at the end of it all, there has to be commerce for any interstate law on commerce to be implemented on any situation
