Answer 1 -In canada , the power to make law in divided among federal and provincial law. So employment law also affects the federal and provincial jurisdiction in canda. So the general rule is that provinces has jurisdiction over employment matter. While only in exceptional matter federal government has jurisdiction matters, in specific undertaking as well as work. Canadian jurisdiction has employment law standards jurisdiction which sets the minimum standards for the matter relating to overtime , minimum pay , holiday pay , vacancies etc.

• In sole proprietorship there is only one owner while partnership has two or more owners
• Partnership act is governed by partnership act 1932 while there is not any act in sole proprietorship business
• In sole proprietorship only the single owner is liable for his act while in partnership all the partner are liable for liability in their business
• In sole proprietorship owner has all right on his profits while in partnership profits are shared in profit sharing ratio between all the partners
