Administrative laws are laws that govern the actions of government.
The similarities between Canadian Administartive law and Mexican are :
Both the Canada and Mexico are democratic countries.
Both countries use municipal governments to provide local services
and do land use and business regulation.
They both have a Federal system of government.
Both have more than one official language for their nations.
In both cases the fundamental law is a constitution.
Both have a national bureaucracy in their national capital.
Both have a national legislature, in the national capital.
Both countries have sub-national divisions and legislatures,
provinces and states, with state and provincial capitals,
where their legislatures are located.
Both country has a federal constitution providing for separation of powers
At the national level their administrative laws are the same.
but at the fundamental level/ provincial level , they are different.
The differences between their administrative laws are :
The Canada is a constitutional monarchy but Mexico is a total republic body.
Canada has delegation of powers but no balance of them. i.e.
Canada does not have a constitutional structure that recognises balance of powers.
Parliament is meant to be supreme in Canada whereas there is no such case in Mexico.
In Canada,Queen/king(governor genral) is the head of state,
and the prime minister is the head of the government.
While Mexico has only one head of the government.
and he/she is also the head of the state.
So, Canada have parliamentary-cabinet government,
while the Mexico have presidential-congressional government.
