The student will determine the vision of the company but strive to be number one in the airline industry, there should attract the customers, innovative marketing strategies used, draw inspiration from adjacent industries, along tactics with the operation, use data-first approach, increase sales of tickets, benchmark airline performance, plan for future sales.

Challenges may encounter airline business are shoeing down of the global economy, technology, environment conditions, fuel prices, the slow pace of liberalization, managing the supply chain, cybersecurity, maintenance of plains, digital transformation, etc.

There is some solution that applied to prevent these challenges already such as keep your employees in the loop because sharing your company's vision with employees helps to keep airline business on track and well maintained in result, stay in contact and sync with partner companies, upgrade technology and supply change system, meet customer satisfaction, follow the schedule strictly, turn data into intelligence, well maintenance if plain which helps to minimize the crash losses and claim losses.
