To set the print area:

Step 1 - Go to the Page Layout section.

Step 2 - Then click on Print Area in there.

Step 3 - Then click on Set Print Area.

Importance : It is required because at times you do not want to print the whole sheet instead want to print a particular area in that case Print Area is very useful as it allows you to print only particular area of the sheet.

To insert page breaks:

Step 1 - Go to the Page Layout section.

Step 2 - Then click on Breaks in there.

Step 3 - Then click on Insert Page Break.

Importance : These page breaks are kind of dividers that divides the worksheet into seperate pages for printing.

To add print titles:

Step 1 - Go to the Page Layout section.

Step 2 - Then click on Print Titles in there.

Importance : Used to specify rows and columns in excel that needs to be printed on each printed page.
