Formal planning is a way to align all the tasks of the employees towards the company’s end goal and objectives. But due to the coronavirus pandemic, the firms are not able to work efficiently. The companies are worried about their future in such a worldwide lockdown. The companies have engaged themselves in work from home activities but the results cannot be achieved as it would have been facing to face. The manufacturing sector is struggling hard because all of its operations have to be shut down because of government policies. The companies are also not able to plan for a better future because no one has any idea when the world will come out of the hands of COVID-19. The processes have been shut and the employees are also facing issues with their salaries, especially in the private sector. The commercial contracts have also been frustrated and impossible to perform amidst the pandemic. The organizations have started considering planning for such a future disaster. The companies have to take responsibility for the employees at the same time to maintain trust and a healthy relationship. The situation will improve slowly and the firms have to focus on formal planning again.
