You are a business owner and your company has grown so much that you now wish to purchase a piece of property to build an office building. You found a nice property outside of the city. What are some steps you should take to ensure you can go through with your land/building project? What resources would you use?

After selecting a site outsie the city of own choice make the half work done because the location and the vies arevery important for the office buildings .It shoul include every aspects fro official point of view .I will follow folllowing steps while the land/building constrcution project for my business .

  1. The first thing which is necessary here is The selection of professional esign with the help of Designers like architect or interior designer to express the work i want about the view (internal and external ) of my office .This will involve few metings with the designers that can en for weeks to select the design of the office building .
  2. The comes the Plan of the office building /land.There are different types of layout available for office building projects .The plan include schematic designs which can involve rough floor plan layout and views of exterior which will again take a week to work on and finalize the final plan
  3. Interviwing contractors comes then which is also very important once the plan is ready.with the information to be provided to te contractor it wll be easy for him to tell the cost estimation of the whole work /project .
  4. Then I will go for the shopping of the material i want to put in my offices building includng interiors based on the design made .This will also budget my project once the estimation is recieved to me by contractor .
  5. Getting permit will be the next step in my project which will epen on the site an type of porject or its scope .once the permit is recieved for the construction
  6. Then is the time to Ready for the construction of my office building.
