This week Ifti Majid, acting Chief Executive at Derbyshire NHS Foundation Trust is interviewed on Project Management Paradise on how they use ProjectVision to manage their projects in comparison to how they were managed previously.

Derbyshire NHS Foundation Trust, is a community and mental health services provider, with over 2,500 staff provide a range of services from alcohol & drugs substance abuse to learning disability services. With 25-30 projects live at any given time as well as continuously evaluating projects from last year, Derbyshire NHS Foundation Trust often run up to 60 projects at one time.
Some of these projects are transactional while others are concerned with transformation and highly complex change projects. There can be a number of different factors driving a project to succeed from financial to changes in quality or even dealing with a higher volume of people coming through the door.

Ans 1) Company deversified along with All types of mental helath services
Specialist in children helath services, School nurseing, Mobile alcohol servies,
much more relied on IT to manage with single data base, House keeping services using digital media
Ans 2) Yes in a larger way where the multiple project management made easy and reliable also increased the numbers of projects.
Ans 3) Before project vision ther was no single management system, Project managers take theirown decision which they feld good and no ways to colate the data.
Very difficult to track the project progress and excel data base was used for all the projects and it was harly resiient.
Ans 4) After implementation of "Project vision" from cora project management vision for managing project across the organization.
Project vision was much more resilient to mould it into the companies project management requirement.
All of organization was on same platform to manage projects, which helped in standardization.

Ans 5) My organization is into Automotive component manufacturers, where we need to deal with multiple projects of high complex and we used initially excel based tracking system for the same but later switchd to MS project management for managing multiple projects and project progress.
