Define and give examples of the four types of organizational culture found in MNC’s (family culture, Eiffel tower culture, guided missile culture and incubator culture). Include advantages/disadvantages of each.

Family culture: Family culture in an organization is a person-oriented approach in which there is no as much strict hierarchy system but a head or father who have experience and authority to take Decision and can delegate the same. Its common in China, hong Kong where personnel look to individual both for approval and guidance.
Advantage:
1.A sense of person attachment is created where more effective work from employees can be seemed.
2. more Loyalty among employees.
Disadvantage:
1. More work and decisive pressure created over the leader.
Eiffel tower culture: Eiffel tower culture in an organization is a hierarchy based approach where the work and decision is carried out based on the hierarchy. job description and authority of an individual employee is decided in advance.Like a supervisor looks after many technicians working and manager looks after supervisors. In this approach structure is more important than the function.
Germany adopt this kind of culture where work is carried out as per written manuals or job description.
Advantage:
1. No confusion among various stockholders in the company for concern job and responsibilities.
2. Employee performance is carried out on the basis of the assigned work completed status.
Disadvantage:
1. All works and its accountability cannot be described in the job Responsibilities which sometimes leads to delay in the work assigned and thus can negatively effect the employee performance.
guided missile culture: guided missile culture in an organization is a project oriented culture where there is no such job description or job ruled decided in advance.it work on task basis in which task to be completed by the project member that was taken.
United States adopt this type of culture.
Advantage:
1.Deadlines are more focused and working towards it.
2.work is divided equally which leads to even work distribution among employees/members
Disadvantage:
1. This culture allows the managers to pursue separate agendas.
2. This culture creates high level of stress and over working as task is based on deadlines.
Incubator culture: In this type of culture there is almost no structure or minimal hierarchy. its a creative and initiative culture where new ideas and creativity are top concern.
In many new startups, this culture is adopted.

Advantage:
1. More creativity and generation of new ideas and thoughts.
2. Employees are in less working stress
Disadvantage:
This process is sometimes more rigorous and competitive in nature.
