A problem is something which comes to you without any prior notice and put in a trouble or in a situation or in a difficulty. But we as human have a tendency to solve any problem, it is there in us since our childhood. How big may be the problem, humans have the skills to overcome it. To finding the solution of the difficulty or situation is called problem-solving.
As we know that problem-solving skill is in our genes, we just need to brush it up a little bit. We as humans have many problems in life. But to make it simple we have two problems and they are work and personal problem. In these two problems, all the difficulties and situations are made, like marriage issues, health problem, office problem, school-college problem.
To enhance the skills here are the steps (problem-solving strategies)
first, you need to understand the problem or situation
Leave that mentality that I know everything
Visualize your problem
Focus on the root cause of the problem
Try to find alternatives
And last be simple and try to be creative to find the solution.
If you have developed these skills than you can overcome any problem, and if you are working in any complex environment you can manage your mind to focus on the issue. The human mind is made to work in any complex environment and your intelligent behaviour will support you.
