In this global village, every country is rich in its culture and traditions. It is proven that the country that following is culture and heritage successfully is progressing constantly. The culture, values bind us and show the path to move ahead in life. Both the cities are having a strong culture and values, but both are totally different. The people of New York who are based in the United States of America which known for wide diversity, a mix cultural values, adventures, straight forward, professional, and the lifestyle which they follow are enjoying and independent. Whereas the people of Milan are soft, enjoyable, following their culture and catholic religion, living in their present and likes to spend time with families and get together.

The behavior of New York citizens is independent, strong, and professional in their work. They speak straight and direct which is sometimes considered rude and arrogant. They are inspired and very competitive in their job. Their values are very much mixed and influenced by all over the world, as America is a developed country where people come for employment from all over the world. The value of the people over there helps them to compete, fight for their rights, and love themselves for what they are. The Newyorkers are very fast and active, love fashion and high raised building show the trends and their love for the passion of growing to the next level. The lifestyle is very stylish, the consumption pattern is very different, they earn and spend monthly basis. New York City is active and busy all over the day and night, people are in a hurry, and loud. The city have a reputation for being expensive and the cost of living is high because of the growing economy and the large job market. New York City is known for its luxurious lifestyle.

The behavior Of the Milan citizens are calm and polite, loving their softness towards humanity. They love to live in the present, without thinking about the future. They are mostly music-loving, life is slow and ease. The people enjoy getting together with families with every age group. They are happy with their families staying together, not interested in personal space. Even they touch hands while talking to make a sweet familiar gesture. They are transparent by nature what they think they speak no matter it is about the weight of the person, any roadside issues, or fight in the restaurant, whereas Americans New Yorkers tolerate it to the level then they speak publicly. The values speak family first then career and money, no space for privacy whatever it is, it should be shared. Even both cities have a great difference in food and fashion trends. The lifestyle is totally different so the consumption pattern is. They prefer home products like prepared in Italy itself, their consumptions rate says they are more interested in mass consumption rather than basic needs. But because of their love for their culture and taste, they don't compromise and appreciate it. The interference of the Trade unions also helps local retailers from outside companies. Mostly youth of Milan are influenced by e-commerce sites for personal shopping.

Both cities are different as continent, culture, values, behavior, income, lifestyle, and consumption pattern, buying behavior are all opposite. One city is active and in a hurry to achieve everything and the other is slow and calm, loving and following their culture with ease.
