Why is it important to manage one's time and schedule within the business community?
In business, time is very important, to complete a task in particular time or pre determined time, one person has to manage his time and schedule then only he or she can complete a work within the time, as a businessman one person always concentrate to complete every work before competitors take that opportunity.
To accomplish given task in limited time and to complete project within the time, every manager has to utilise his or her time properly. If he plans each schedule in proper time and finishes them in the perfect manner, he may not loss and there is no miscommunication in the business.
For suppose, one manager has to meet the client according to his schedule based on some other reasons and he postponed his meeting, in this case, he may be lose his client interest and client may give that chance to other person.
Yes, in the business all activities which are related to business are very important to reach success in the business. As a business person he should not neglect the single activity. It may give un expected loss.
So business person has to concentrate on each and every activity which is useful to reach his goal, and every activity should be consider as an important. As a business man he should convert every activity to be useful to his business.
