According to UGESP, an employee is considered to be above the cutoff points when he has met some conditions. An employee is required to be all rounded, many young graduates of today think that their main marketing point is the fact they have a degree however this is wrong on so many levels, an employer is not interested in the mere qualifications but in the way, you will tackle the work.
