According to UGESP, an employee is considered to be above the cutoff points when he has met some conditions. An employee is required to be all rounded, many young graduates of today think that their main marketing point is the fact they have a degree however this is wrong on so many levels, an employer is not interested in the mere qualifications but in the way, you will tackle the work. Some interview questions test these other qualities. Seldom are interview questions asked concerning knowledge in that particular area.
The questions asked mostly tend to test your critical thinking, how you adapt to situations, offer features you can offer to the organization and your other areas of knowledge that may be beneficial to the organization. An employee that can be identified with more than fifty percent of the above qualities and is also qualified with some working experience is said to fall above the cut of points.
