The balanced scorecard is a strategic plan and management system that the organizations use:

  • Contact what they are trying to accomplish.
  • Align the day-to-day work that everyone is working with strategies.
  • Prioritize projects, products and services.
  • Progress and monitor progress toward strategic goals.

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is primarily at Harvard University. Robert Kaplan and Dr. Created by David Norton as a framework for measuring organizational performance by using more effective action to perform tasks. Traditionally, companies use short-term financial performance as a measure of success.

By using financial and non-financial measurements in four perspectives, the BSCIC performs organizational functions: financial, customer, internal processes, and education and growth. The method for describing and managing the strategy has quickly evolved into a new method. Many organizations that accept this new method will soon increase performance.
