The process of teaching-learning depends on the bonding between teacher and student, learning is a lifelong process which could be possible without teaching but a learner cannot define the variation of learning so that we need the teacher.

The difference between teacher and tuition teacher is based on the professional attitude but good learning depends on the relationship between poles of education.

A teacher must be target oriented so that he would earn the trust of tutee, a trustful relation is very important to build a healthy and professional relationship. Tutor need to follow the teaching ethics as well as include possible TLM and teaching strategies.

When a teacher match with the learning style of their tutee, it can be more helpful to build a strong teaching-learning relationship to achieve mutual goals.

Teaching is not only a profession but also a behavior to increase the capacity of students so that teacher needs to find out the problems and try to solve them with the help of the student, this process will help them to find mutual interest and objectives.

Finally, we can say that the teacher-learner relationship based on mutual objectives and strategies to achieve them.
