Diversity and inclusion is one of the most trending and accepting factor that many organisations are blending themselves into. One organisation cannot survive in this dynamic environment withour considering the essential external factors that play a key role in determining what influence your workforce. By including various people from various diversities it is true that many challenges could be faced like the complexity in the decisions and increased level of conflicts etc. But one have to adapt the organisation and make certain changes where the employee wellbeing is satisfied with the increase level of innovation and creativity:
1. Organisational Culture: The first factor talks about the culture of the organisation. How can you expect an organisation to grow if the culture is rigid, people are not given proper initiatives and chances to grow and speak? Bias and prejudice can lead to a low employee morale which affect the productivity of your organisation at large. Thus, to fact this challenge one has to create an organisational environment in which the diversity and inclusion is embedded. People feel free and feel equality. By sensing that equality and free judgement is exisiting, a higher morale and a better job satisfaction is seen in the organisation which also increases the well being and the operational productivity.
2. Interactive And Flexible: Another factor is te flexibility and the interactive factor. One organisation is considered to be living entity only if the communication in it orevails. And the communication shouldn't only be with the internal factors, but also the external factors. Employees should interact. They should discuss the ideas, innocation and creativity. Being both bad or good, initiative and confidence should be put in the employees to make them understand the importance of failures and how one can convert the failure into success. In this way, the empowerment is profided and makes the employee feel satisfied.
3. Training and Development Appoach: At last, the training and development approach provided to the employees is again an important factor. How can you expect employee or employer to treat everyone equally being from different genders, cultures or religions? Through training. Being is Technical Training, Managerial Training, Communication Training or Cultural Training, the level of training should be provided anyhow to make the employee develop a sense of relativity and cohesiveness and understand how to respect an individual and make them feel included in the organisation. By training and development sessions, employee feel included, extensive and share a high degree of positive result.
