Response Essay
In part, Tesar blames Facebook and Google for “fracturing our consensus about what constitutes ‘fact’.” Do you agree or disagree that organizations like Google and Facebook are responsible for the emergence and spreading of the post-truth and fake news?
No, I am not agree with the given statement because Google and Facebook both are very reputated company and both company have promised that they take the action against spreading the fake news in Facebook and some websites. The teenagers and some individual are responsible for the spreading the fake or false news on Google and Facebook. In 2016 Google make their policy to take the action against those websites who spreading the fake news and Facebook also take some legal action against spreading the fake news and they make their team to analyse the fake news and stop the spreading of fake news. both Facebook and Google still working to fight the spreading of fake news.some times they can't find whether the news is fake or true some time that can't anylise that the post is true or false but we can't say they are responsible for spreading the fake news but teenagers and some individual are responsible for the spreading of false news
