Today almost in every country single-parent family structure is constitutionally granted and one can be single parent by following some specific rules. In society it is also permissible and the child grows with the identity of the single parent. The term single parent suggests that a parent nourishes children with his or her own responsibility without spouse.

• Single parent family system is legally and socially approved because various factors make one single parent family.
• In the single parent family system child does not face any kind of discrimination.
• Single parent family system helps the parent to enjoy freedom of nourishing the child in his or her own way.
• It is a product of cultural relativism and a modern society accepts it without any hesitation and protest.
• There may be some problems in leading life in such unconditional way. But when one is able to understand it then they respect and honor more to the single parent and salute his or her boldness and ability.
