Cruise line is an organization where range of cruise ships operate in rivers and oceans. Cruise line can be different from passenger line who primarily rely on transporting the passengers. Cruise line control failure in turn tends to put life at risk of various individuals who are on board. Human error, mechanical failure, engine failure, etc. are considered to be the key reasons for control failure in cruise line and crisis eruption. Control failure within the cruise line eventually leads to eruption of the crisis.

The key relevant examples of control failure within cruise line are:

· Failed sanitization inspection in the year 2017 was considered to be as the control failure within cruise line.

· Engine failure within the cruise line is another control failure which eventually results in cruise eruption. This can be caused by wide degree of factors such as human error, mechanical issue and improper maintenance.
