Right now, with the current system it appears that there are not very good ways to keep everyone happy. Maybe more incentives to make up for the difference in pay at the end of every year.
How can the dilemma of inefficiency and patient dissatisfaction be prevented?
The most important part would be to design a program with everyone in mind before a roll out of the product. A standard EMR need to be develop and every specialty type should have an add on or plug in to build upon the initial program. So, the physician fills out the standard form and the specialist will have the information and only have to fill out the “plug in. Also, like anything there must be a standard and training.
