From a research the company has to be structured with corporate portfolio during the past decade for which I am going to identify the rationale for pursuing a restructuring strategy. The research show that the JCP company has recently hired a specialist that would help in the restructuring of the JCP. JCP company wants to restructure its massive debt load which is owned company for a very long period of time. This company is restructuring its corporate portfolio as it has been suffering from a long period by adopting a debt load.
