The Comcast is the organization for the IT departments and have many departments in this field due to many operational fields in the company and the company operates in telecommunication sector.There are many functional groups in the organisation varies from Software engineering,user experience design,big data analysis,product engineering,network engineering etc.The particular tasks are performed by the employees in either low or high positions which give credit to the centralised management of the company.The employees of the company have to make specific tasks in business functional areas which include supply chain management and most important marketing of its goods and services in the network it serves.Comcast make best way to organise IT employees by the specific skills of every employee and assigning them the project team in which they have to work.As it have centralised management system as it makes company cost-effective allow to design and create new technological upgrades across whole company and good and services.Software Engineer also have specific task to create the goods and services for the company and fixing the glitch in its goods and services.Product engineer do full inspection of product and design it fully and have to inspect them fully,they have task to do all work related to product.User Experience design team helps to develop new idea and get what customers are getting results while using their products and services and find ways to improve their products.For the management, we have discussed above all.

Comcast is a widely known big conglomerate in media and entertainment industry. It is a US based company. It provides cable network to its viewers.It is in to news broadcasting and movie production and financing. As part of expansion like any other ambitious company, it has forayed in to wider areas of media and entertainment industry by expanding in to different areas of entertainment.

News and news broadcasting being one major function among many, it now has forayed in to movie production and internet based series, serials, movies, kids cartoon and other form of entertainment. Internet being available in every household and that too on smart phones, every company is targeting the smart phone users to promote their offerings to them either through application based viewing or website based viewing.

The rampant use of internet and smart phone has given a new world to media and entertainment industry where they can make web series available to everyone anytime through use of internet on phone and Comcast being one of the Internet Service Providers has encashed this opportunity to provide internet service as well as their own application based web series, serials, movies, news and kids cartoons thus capturing each age group of the society.
