1. To running a delivery business my ideas as a rewarding customer according to their every purchase level, use of offer incentives, follow up customers that what kind of services they want from the delivery system, communication, better customer help, advertising by famous celebrities.

2. By using there vehicles to find and a potential customer in my business as by using

A. Promotional programs, that can be done by sponsoring for famous events of colleges, roadside events, public events, company's self program, and events.

B. By use of Website as giving advertise on the famous website regularly to make the attention of the customer, making a better website for easy use.

C. Social media publicity also helps to make attention to the customer for my delivery business by providing the benefits of using my delivery services compare to others.

D. Using Public relation provide me to better engagement with communities, and that can be done by any types of fest, rewards, better services, quality of services, customer satisfaction.

E. Direct mail can be used to attract people by sending mail of offers for customers and helps in the individual advertisement.

F. Advertising can be done through television, social networks, mouth to word, by famous celebrities.

G. Telemarketing can be done through direct calling to my past customer and tells about the features, offers of my company.

3. I can compensate my employees as pay employees salary and incentives on time, use merits to increases reward for a top performer, provide incentives for employees with none financial rewards, etc.

For my compensation by taking payment in stocks and by a combination of salary plus on an annual basis.
