University of Namibia ranks number one university in the country but on an international level, we are far behind from any top universities. Although, there are many things our new Vice Chancellor can take into consideration to make University of Namibia to compete with any top university in world.

So if I get the chance to meet new Vice Chancellor of University of Namibia I would tell him these things which will help our university to compete on international level.

Take more international students in the university, students from all over the world should come to University of Namibia because of our education system and teaching skills. Need some improvement in teaching skills, more courses should be included for foreign students, English should be the common language for all the students and teacher.

All the best universities in the world have a beautiful campus, so we need to raise our standard and turn this campus into beautiful scenery.

Admission process for the foreign students should be lenient if any students want to take admission in our university from any other country than there should be no trouble for him.

More job opportunities should be provided to the students.

Big companies should come to our campus for job recruitment.

Fee structure should not be a burden on students, and minimum fees structure should be there.

Good classrooms, best environment, easy modes of transport, good library, good foods and hostel.

Focus on the student satisfaction.

And lastly, provide extra curricular activities to enhance students personal and professional skills.
