1. She should check if he is moaning
2. Screaming of patients should be checked to know the intensity of pain
3. Withdrawal from activity if any should be assessed like if any signs like not doing daily activity of living
4. If the patient is not having food as part of pain then it should be checked
5. Grimacing if present
6. Facial expressions are important
7. Gently pushing over the region of pain and Assesment of facial expressions

• Enquire to family when the pain started
• Enquire to friends and family on his restless behaviour
• Asses the life partner for some data

Yes if the patient signs are positive after examining then analgesics trial should be recommended . After if their is sign of reducing pain then it should be continued.
